
Mixing Engineer for the short movie "Deborah"
From the Screen Academy Scotland, an Edinburgh Napier University production, on which I had the pleasure to work on as Final-Mixing Engineer and Assistant Sound Designer. Collaborating with the Royal Television Society Award Winner for Best Sound, Lewis Jones, we recreated external ambiences of the movie and augmented the elements already present from the on-set audio. With Lewis' ambiences and foley and my mix, we achieved to create a solid and engaging audio world, masking the problems of the on-set dialogue recording, typical of the windy Scotland's outskirts. Moreover, my skills as audio repairer were also tested a great deal, managing to clean the audio from unwanted noises, still retaining it's organic properties and feelings
